- If your item is purchased online and damaged in transit, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with the necessary information below. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
- Please keep all original packaging and receipts in the case of any issues to facilitate the process.
Steps to Take if Your Item is Damaged
- Inspect Your Package: Before opening the box, check the condition of the packaging. If the box is visibly damaged or crushed, take a photo of it immediately.
Unbox Carefully: After photographing the packaging, carefully unbox your item and examine it. If the item itself is damaged, take detailed photos showing the damage clearly.
Contact Us Promptly: Notify us of any damages within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at wren@myrosehaven.com
Provide Details: To help us process your claim quickly, please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item/s
- Photos of the box, shipping label on the box, and packaging material (all are required by carriers to submit a claim).
